"I moved Sierra Trading Post from Reno, Nevada to Cheyenne in July, 1992. My wife and I and 20 employees also relocated. We started with a total of 40 employees and now have around 700.

Cheyenne Leads and the state of WY made it very easy for us to say “yes” to our relocation, and everything we anticipated and were promised was delivered. We announced our move around January 6, 1992 and were moving into our new 30,000 square foot building (now nearly 500,000 square feet) on July 1, 1992. In most states you could not get a building permit that quickly, let alone a building ready for occupancy.

We have been very happy with the quality and availability of employees, the low cost structure of Wyoming, our ability to grow, the proximity to our major markets, the speed of shipping from this centrally located city to both coasts, and the lifestyle afforded by this beautiful state.

The relocation of our business to Wyoming was one of the most strategically important decisions we have made during our 25 years of business. There is nothing about that decision that I have regretted."
